Customer terms
Terms and Conditions
These operational terms explain how customers use Zavvion Events to browse events, reserve seats, buy tickets, receive tickets, and attend events.
Using Zavvion Events
Zavvion Events provides the ticketing platform. Event organisers create events, set ticket rules, publish policies, collect payments through their configured payment account where applicable, and operate entry/check-in for their events.
Customers must provide accurate contact details so tickets, QR codes, order confirmations, and service messages can be delivered.
Ticket prices, taxes, fees, seat holds, and availability are calculated and confirmed by the server at checkout. Front-end totals are shown for convenience and are not final until the checkout-session endpoint confirms them.
Seats, holds, and tickets
Reserved seats are held temporarily while checkout is in progress. If checkout is not completed before the hold expires, the seats are released back to the public.
QR tickets must not be shared publicly. A ticket can be refused if it is cancelled, refunded, void, already checked in, for the wrong event, or otherwise invalid.
Age-based tickets, such as adult or child tickets, must follow the organiser's published age rules. The platform may block invalid ticket combinations during checkout.
Refund responsibility
Refund decisions are handled by the event organiser under the organiser's published event policy.
When an organiser collects payment through their connected payment account, the organiser is responsible for processing any approved refunds through that payment account or an approved operational route.
Zavvion Events may provide the platform tools, logs, order records, and reporting needed to support the organiser's refund workflow, but the organiser remains responsible for their event policy and customer handling unless a written platform policy says otherwise.
Privacy and consent
Zavvion Events processes customer data for account access, checkout, ticket delivery, fraud prevention, event operations, and legal/accounting records.
Customers can review privacy choices and submit privacy requests from their account where those features are available.
